A moment to pause this Mother’s Day.

Life doesn’t slow down very often. There’s always something needing your attention, and it’s easy to keep going without ever taking a moment for yourself. This Mother’s Day, we’re creating a space where you can step out of that pace and simply breathe.

This is a relaxed and thoughtfully designed morning that brings together gentle movement, moments of stillness, and space to connect for all women aged +16 years. You’ll be guided through:
- simple pilates and light fitness sessions that are easy to join in, no matter your fitness level
- relaxing meditative time to retreat
- live music and personal sharing

Alongside that, there will be intentional moments to pause, reflect, and reset, as well as music and personal stories that encourage and lift your perspective.

You don’t need to prepare anything or be at a certain level to take part. You can come exactly as you are and engage at your own pace.

After the main session, you’re invited to stay for connection time. There’ll be snacks, space to chat, and a few expo tables if you’d like to explore ways to stay connected with other women. It’s designed to feel natural, not overwhelming.

Whether you come on your own or with friends, this is a space that’s been created with you in mind.
A chance to slow down, enjoy the moment, and leave feeling refreshed.
