You’re invited to join our 8‑week Fresh Hope Introduction Course, starting Sunday MAY 24 3-4:30PM at Catalyst Baptist Church. This course is especially for those who want to explore how Christian hope can be a steady foundation for living well, even while navigating stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health diagnoses and challenges.
Across the 8 weeks, you can expect:
Christ-centred hope for real life – how the life, death and resurrection of Jesus offer a deep, secure hope that does not depend on our feelings or circumstances.
Living well with ongoing struggles – how faith, grace and community can help us grow, even when symptoms or diagnoses remain part of our story.
Tools for emotional and spiritual resilience – simple, practical rhythms that support wellbeing alongside professional care and other supports.
Safe, compassionate space – a place where it is okay to be honest about pain and questions, with no pressure to “have it all together”.
Equipping to care for others – gentle guidance on how to walk alongside loved ones who are struggling, in ways that reflect Christ’s compassion.
This course will be helpful if you:
Are personally navigating stress, burnout, grief, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges
Support others who are struggling and want to respond with both Christian hope and practical wisdom
We’ll meet each Sunday for eight weeks from 24 May at 3pm for one and a half hours. You can find out more about Catalyst atwww.catalystbaptist.org.au
