 ed a mental disorder at some time in their life\, with 21% having experien
 ced a mental disorder in the previous 12 months.\nFresh Hope provides a sa
 fe place to process individual pain and experience faith-filled hope model
 ed\, shared\, and given in support groups\, classes\, coaching\, and resou
 rces. The course is facilitated by people who have lived experience and wh
 o have been successful in their recovery process.\nEach week\, your group 
 will become familiar with one of the Fresh Hope tenets. This course is sto
 ry-based and interactive. Through large group and small group discussion\,
  participants will grow in their understanding of emotional and mental hea
 lth concerns. And participants will learn strategies and methods to help t
 hem cope with the emotional and mental health challenges. More than that\,
  you will encounter the power of gospel-centered hope. Each session ends w
 ith a devotional designed to cultivate hope-infused faith\, rooted in Scri
